Are you exporting a PDF from the AccountRight report? If yes, we can customize the invoice form and personalize your own desired form.
If not, can you please attached a screenshot showing the created PDF with the missing amounts. So that we can take a look and further check this.

NOT A SOLUTION.
Why do you have "Mark as solution" as the only option for your customers?
It's almost useless.
