In 2015 a thread went round about the ability to take payment over the phone. This was not a function that MYOB offered at the time, but were looking at providing the service.
Does MYOB now have the ability to take creditcard payments over the phone through client invoice prehaps?
Please advise ASAP.

My apologies for the late response. Online payments via MYOB invoices are designed for recipients (customers) to conveniently settle their invoices using a credit card online. Presently, we don't facilitate credit card payments via phone systems. As far as I'm aware, due to security considerations, this isn't a service we foresee offering in the near future.
