Customise Receipts - Changing Date Format

Hey MYOB team   Can anyone tell me if this issue with US date format on Custome receipt, has been fixed? I  I tried everything I could to fix this problem, I changed Region settings on my Windows ...

Appreciate the response however very much sympathise with SDuddy and agree.    The workaround suggested is simply not practical and it is slightly amusing that it is even suggested.     There comes a time when it just needs to be fixed!

    So when is it appropriate to "worry"?     This has been a problem for at least 3 years.
