Customising the credit card surcharge from 1.8% to 1.5%
We have been charging 1.5% surcharge on credit card transactions, with MYOB ability to pass the credit card surcharge onto the customer is there a spot where I can change the amount of the surcharge that is charged to the customer? I realize we'll be subsidising the remainder of the surcharge that is fixed at 1.8% but can I change the surcharge applied to the customer?

Thank you for your post. The online payments surcharge amount is automatically defaulted to be 1.8%, this cannot be changed. I've passed this on as feedback to the team for future consideration in product enhancement.
