After I moved to the new AccountRight, I found that sometimes more than 2 decimal places was shown in the item amount in the invoice. Is there any setting I can fix the price to 2 decimal places only?

Whilst there is not a setting to fix the prices to two decimal places, you can edit the customised form to use the Ex price 2 and Inc price 2 columns. These columns are locked to two decimal places so you could use these to restrict their contents to two decimal places.
