Deleting Electronic Bill Payment

I've discovered an Error in an Electronic payment to a supplier.  (Payments marked off incorrect invoices)   I've deleted the payment through the Banking Log and am attempting to delete the electon...

Hi Megan6 

 

Thanks for your post. If a Pay bills transaction has been processed in an electronic payment you're not able to delete that transaction unless you delete the electronic payment transaction first. If the electronic payment is not deleted first you can only reverse the Pay bills transaction. As such, you shouldn't have been able to delete the payments.

 

So that I can assist further can you send me a screenshot of the transaction you're trying to delete.
