Editing Statement Layout in MYOB

Hello everyone,

I have a question about editing the statement layout in MYOB. Is it possible to customize the statement, and if so, could you provide an example or guide on how to do it?

Currently, we have removed the 4th Ageing column, and we would like to make the following changes:

  • Change the 1st Ageing to "14 Days Overdue"
  • Change the 2nd Ageing to "21 Days Overdue"
  • Add the 3rd column as "GST Total"

Is there a way to make these changes to the statement? If so, could you please explain the process or share a link to a helpful guide? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Tongil,

     

    You can change the ageing settings to either monthly or a specific number of days by going to Setup > Reports and Forms. For more details on how the software handles ageing, check out this link. As for the GST total, there is no option in the software to add this from statement settings.
