Thank you I appreciate that, my point is simply that if we were called up for an ATO audit, it is not a simple process of opening a backup file, going to an entry and seeing the invoice as proof of expense.
do you know if MYOB is looking to address this as I apparently xero provides this for a very small fee to freeze a file at a point in time.

In terms of using the company file after the cancellation of your AccountRight subscription do take a look at Section 6.3 What happens on the effective date of termination? on the AccountRight Terms of Use.
