Email Bonce - Diagnostic-Code: rejected
Hi Team MYOB
We have a few customers not getting emails to our accounts team
Can you verify that the email address is not on a BlackList.
Not wanting to put this in the public forum, so if you can reach out via a Private Message that would be great.
We have other people in the business receiving MYOB emails, okay.
It just seems to be one email address.
I can verify that MimeCast is Whitelisted with the usual domains required to allow email to flow.
When doing a message trace, there is no sign of the emails getting to our side at all.
Looking forward to hearing from Team MYOB on this issue
