Thanks heaps for flagging this. I can imagine it's a bit annoying when invoices you've emailed from Outlook to the In Tray decide to mysteriously vanish. Not ideal when you're trying to keep suppliers happy. We've actually got a related post that goes through the same issue and some steps you can try. If it's still playing up after that, the best bet is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can check what's happening in the background and give it a proper fix.
