Emailing Invoices to Customers

I have been receiving a lot of feed back from our customers that they do not receive Invoices when i email them via the MYOB AccountRight Email Default window. Can any one help with this problem, maybe suggest what i need to do. Currently I download the invoice & send it via outlook.

    There haven't been any reported incidents of emailed invoices not being received. I would suggest troubleshooting this issue by first clearing your AccountRight cache and ensuring that you are using the latest version of the software. Also, check that the email settings in AccountRight are correctly configured, and verify that the email addresses are entered correctly without any typos.
