Does anybody use Outlook instead of MYOB to send invoices and statements to customers. If so, how do you find it? I've just sent out statements to 126 customers and only 30 of these have actually gone through now I have to go back to the old method of only sending 10 at a time. Such a waste of time! I should be able to ticks all boxes hit email and they all go!

That’s a lot of extra work, especially after sending statements to 126 customers and having only 30 go through. I can see why that’s not ideal. Outlook may be a workaround, but before switching methods it would be worth contacting our our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can look into why the bulk emails aren’t sending successfully. Let them know how many statements went through and whether you received any error message, as that may help with the investigation. Being able to select all customers and send their statements in one go should save time, so hopefully the issue can be identified and resolved.
