In AccountRight, you can establish employee access and customize their permissions according to their roles and tasks, including limiting access to specific tabs and functions within the software. To do this, ensure each employee has their own MYOB login credentials, created and managed under the "Setup" menu. Customize user permissions by navigating to "User Access" within the same menu, where you can enable or disable access to areas like Inventory, Purchases, and Sales based on individual roles. For Location B (Manufacturing Site), tailor user access to permit only Inventory and Purchases tabs while restricting Sales-related functions. After setting up permissions, conduct testing to validate that employees at Location B can access only the intended tabs.
