Error 0: Unexpected import error - The given key was not present in the dictionary.

HI Everyone

 

I've exported out a template (Sales/Item), and I'm trying to import a File (Sales Invoice).

My client has a invoice to do with 276 lines or product.  

I've only used the minimum fields, so I can't understand why it's erroring.

 

0 records imported without errors.
0 records imported with warnings.
1 records skipped.

Summary of errors
Error 0: Unexpected import error - The given key was not present in the dictionary.

0 994 BM-M8KKGFY 1 37.9500 994

 

I've googled and searched this Community.   Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi BYBookkeeping 

    Thanks for your post. We do have an online script to run to fix this issue. Can you please send me a private message with the following information: 

      * Serial number
      * Company name
      * Email Address and Full name

      Thanks for the reply.  I would love the fix please.
