Error 4077 when importing price increase data

Kai Ora,

 

I am getting thr follow errors when importing price increase. I have seen that a script needs to be run on the company file to fix error 4077, but that was from a couple years ago. Is that still that case? and if so can someone help tell me how to do this

 

206 records imported without errors.
12 records imported with warnings.
450 records skipped.

 

Summary of errors
Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

    I have just run the required script over your file. (you may need to close and reopen your software for the effects of the script to update)

    Thank you for your post. 

     

    Yes, this error will require a script to be run over the file to correct it. Could you please advise the following:

     

    • Last 4-digits of your serial number
    • Company File ID (Help>About MYOB AccountRight> Company File ID:__?)
    • Software version (Help>About MYOB AccountRight>Build:__?)
