"Error 4077 you may have sales for this item"

Hi, trying to update item pricing and get "Error 4077 you may have sales for this item" 

 

Can someone run a script to fix this error

    Hi Ag136, 

     

    Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of the product serial number and the file ID of the file so I can run the script. (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

      Hi Melisa,

       

      Serial number last 4 digits is 3633

       

      Company ID is 5
