Apologies for the delay in response.
If you're still getting this error, can you please attach the diagnostic log that gets generated after this error as it would have the details on why you're getting this error?

I managed to get the export to work, first by using ccleaner and disk clean up.
I am trying it on another PC now and am getting the same error.
I have atatched the log file.

The error log mentions time-out errors. I would suggest shortening the date range of the data to be exported, try reducing it to a single day for a test and check if you still get this error.
If the data does not get exported, extend the time out and let us know how you go on.- Turtlewitnohome3 years agoExperienced Cover User
Hi Komal_S
I changed the config file as directed within the folder "app-2022.200.246053" and received the same error. Assuming the folder app-2022.200 is the latest to amend.
I am exporting items so i have no date control. The only thing i can change is the fields selected. I am only selected the fields i require, see screen shot.
I have attached the most recent log file.
