Failed to load - Job profit and loss report

Hi,

could you please look into the "Failed to load the report" issue for "This financial year to date" as attached? 

 

FYI - no issue with loading "Last financial year" as attached too. 

 

I thought it was a temporary issue, but it's been there for quite a few days already.

    The last 4 digit of serial no is: 4278

    I was preparing to send the license file to your email, but I'm unable to locate the version of your software. Could you please provide the Version/Build number of your software?

    Build number is 2023.10.1.12

    Product number is AccountRight Plus AU 2023.10.0

    Thank you for providing this information, and I apologize for the delayed response. I've successfully confirmed and activated your Company File, and the license file has been sent to the email registered to your account.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    If you encounter an 'Unable to automatically confirm your company file' error when opening AccountRight, you'll require a license file to reactivate your file. The license file remains valid as long as you're using the same version of your software.
