    Hi ozeami 

     

    Based on the information we are seeing from the screenshots, we'd like to get a copy of the current AccountRight 2020 and pre-migrated AccountRight Classic (v19) company files in for an investigation and possible repair. Shortly we'll receive an email to get that actioned. All the information required to get that file in would be included in that email, however, don't hesitate to get in touch if you require further assistance.

Hi Steven

 

We recently transitioned from accountright enterprise version 19 and upon transition this problem surfaced. The foreign currency features in the new Accountright are very different to the old stable Enterprise system. We were using that system for 16 years without any accounting issues and 0 crashes.

 

Clearing the cache was the first thing we tried and that did not help. 

The way accountright v20 deals with foreign currency transactions very much seems like an afterthought as opposed to a planned feature and it is very frustrating to have to deal with this kind of accounting issue after being effectively forced to upgrade due to removal of support for the old Enterprise platform which we were perfectly happy with!
