GST Number not showing on invoices

Hi, I notice our GST number isnt showing on the invoices now im using the Browser and templates. I have tried clicking the GST number in the template settings and hitting save but nothing changes, ...

I have just had this pointed out to me after issuing a whole lot of invoices for the end of month.  I have managed to add it back in but don't understand how or why it was removed from a saved template.

Hi Anvil1,

 

Nice pickup on the GST number. In MYOB Business, the two most common reasons it doesn’t show on invoices are:

 

  • The ABN/GST isn’t in the main Business details field (Settings → Business settings → Business details).
  • If you’ve recently migrated from AccountRight, you might still be using an older or custom template that doesn’t have the ABN/GST field on it.

Quick check: make sure your ABN is in Business details, then try a standard MYOB Business invoice template and see if it appears there.
