I have this issue as well. I have checked the Business settings and the GST number is definitely in there. Also the template is the standard one you make in Accountright online browser (not a custom template).
When I edit template in the browser, I click GST but nothing changes on the template, and if I save and then go back, it is unticked again.

Thanks for checking that and for making sure all the right fields are filled in. What you’re seeing is actually a known issue with the GST number on the standard template, and it’s already been passed on to our development team for further investigation. At this stage, I’m not able to share a timeframe just yet, but it has definitely been flagged with the team.
Even if the GST box doesn’t stay ticked in the browser settings, the GST number should still appear automatically when the invoice is printed, as it’s required for all New Zealand invoices and can’t be removed from the template.
