Hi, we're having trouble uploading item data to populate pricing changes. The import log refers to error 4077 'you have sales for this item'. Can you please assist?

How to I fix error 4077

We regret any difficulties you have experienced while attempting to upload item data, particularly due to error 4077, which states 'You have sales for this item'. Your patience and understanding are greatly valued. 
  
To help you resolve your concern, could you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and the company file ID which will be found in Help >> About MYOB AccountRight.  
  
  
Please tell us how you go and feel free to post again when you need more assistance.

    I have arranged to run a script over your company file. If you are using that online company file around the time of this post, we do recommend closing it down and reopening that file before reviewing that item's information.
