how to delete a customer payment

A deposit payment has been allocated to wrong customer.

I  have tried everywhere but am not able to delete the payments or reverse them

I have checked settings and nothing is selected.

Even tried in the browser - followed instructions to click on the and there is no option to DELETE the payment

This is what said to do:

BUT THERE IS NO DELETE OPTION IN MY BROWSER OR DESKTOP FILES: SEE BELOW:

 

 

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL  ME HOW TO RECTIFY PAYMENTS TO CORRECT CUSTOMERS

    Hi Jodi001,

     

    Nice work giving everything a crack and for sending through the screenshots! Sometimes tech just throws a spanner in the works. If a payment’s matched or categorised, you’ll need to unmatch or unreconcile it first, then you should see the delete option pop up. If the still not giving an option to delete, give our team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA or pop a support ticket through MyAccount, well help you get it sorted.
