Identity Verification

Hi,

I have called, emailed tried your landline which just loops around and gets nowhere.  You have a person on my list to verify which is not a director never been a director and is deceased.  You are stopping basic things (like emailing an invoice) from my program which I pay a fortune for yet you do not respond to anything.  Getting through you BOT session takes at least 20 minutes then speaking to a person who doesnt understand takes at least 30 minutes they give you a phone number to ring and it just loops through the menu - no body there wants to help.

 

I want to be able to email sales invoices from my program, it is saying in less than 50 days I will not be able to do this.  Three directors have been verified yet you have listed one more which is wrong.  Can you please fix this!!!

    Hi swatts11,

     

    I can see how frustrating this has been, especially with it affecting your ability to send invoices. Definitely not ideal.

     

    Thanks for your patience while this gets sorted. I can see you've already got a support case logged, and our team will pick it up and help you through it as soon as they're available. In the meantime, you can still manually email your invoices outside the program so things can keep moving.

    Still now reply no one seem to understand it is a impossible request.  Would you be asking a large public company to verify all their shareholders.  This is a small family run business and we cannot get full access to your program
