Import Error 4077

Hi there

I'm trying import new short and long product descriptions however receiveing the following:

Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

From what I understand MYOB needs to run a script over the company files as it's a file error - how can I go about getting this done as it's urgent? Can you please assist? Thank you kindly.

Our company file is stored online

Last 4 digits is 6904

Company file ID - 3

    Hi Mel2021 

     

    I've arranged for the necessary script to be run over the company file for you. This does mean that you should be good to go with that import.

     

    Note: If you have been using the company file around the time of this message, we do recommend closing down the file and reopening it before attempting that import.
