Impossible to get assistance

We no longer need one of our MYOB account subscriptions and it is impossible to get any help.   You would think online where there is a "cancel subscription" button it would then lead you to easily...

Hi StephenFry,

 

Thank you for the post, and I'm sorry for the late response. I understand that you're having a challenge with cancelling your subscription, and I'll be glad to assist you. If phone support is not working for you, you can cancel your subscription by submitting a billing case via 'My Account'.
