In tray issues

I am having issues with in tray. I can upload the invoice, however when I click create new bill it won't work. This is happening in both purchases and spend money   Thanks

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Are you still having issues with this ? If you are, can you please confirm if you get any error messages at all. 

 

To troubleshoot, can you please clear your AccountRight cache and try again. Does it work ?
