Intray fails to create a bill or spend money with any selected invoice then removes invoice from intray completly

I have cleared the cache, logged in and out of my AccountRight file and even restarted my computer. None of these things have corrected the issue. Help please. Thank you.

    Thank you so much for your post. We have a script to run for an online file to fix this issue. Can you please send me a private message with the following information,

       * Serial Number
       * Email Address
       * Company name and Full name.

      This is happening to us as well, same troubleshooting employed without result is there a fix?
