invoice attachments

I have a question if you can help. When i send invoices with an attachment, how can i go back and see the attachment that was send? I know how to see the invoice in activity but i do not know how to ...

Hi Ada08 

 

Thanks for your post. AccountRight allows the user to attach an external attachment to accompany the email that is sent out with invoices. This is done through the Edit Sales window>>Send to...>>Email window and selecting the Attach... button. 


If an attachment is added to an email through this method, that email attachment is not tracked and you are not able to see or review that attachment that has been emailed.

    thanks for the reply.

    So if I need to revew an attachment I need to send an invoice through my email!

    Is  that going to change in the future?

      At this stage I don't have a timeframe when this will be implemented.
