Invoice Reminders not working

Hi My invoice reminders isnt working and when I go into set up the screen is blank. Any help would appreciated

    Hi All, 

     

    Thank you for getting in touch. Currently, we're actively working on resolving the issue, but we don't have a specific timeframe yet. In the meantime, you can access your invoice reminder through your browser by signing in to app.myob.com.

      I also found this thread while looking for why the Invoice Reminder button doesnt load in Accountright. Looks like a similar issue with the android Invoice app, when clicking the Contacts button it has an error and doesnt load contacts, and I have told myob a couple times of the past years and it still doesnt work and all the solution we get told is to use the browser.... Pretty terrible

    How can one have a icon on the desktop version for years, without it working.... ?! Super frustrated it is not working.  Can MYOB please give us a timeline on when this will be fixed?

    This thread was started 18months ago.  Still no resolution.   I still have this problem and having to switch between online and desktop for this purpose as well as other functions. Subscriptions continue to rise and bugs don't seem to get fixed.  No wonder most accountants are recommeding Xero these days.  Any idea if this will ever be resolved?

      Add my complaint too. What should be a simple matter of  updating the customer record becomes having to open a browser, go to online MYOB, login, click on contacts, find the customer's contact and make the change there.

      Couldn't agree more. No one has replied to me either about price increases but not fixing this . Our accountant is also pushing hard to change to Xero an now I'm thinking due to cost and lack of proper support we may do so. I initiated this thread 18 months ago ridiculous!!

    I've noticed this is still an issue.  When is this expected to be fixed?

    We are currently aware of a situation with the AccountRight Desktop where the Invoice reminders will not load successfully. This is something that we have passed across to the required team for further investigation for a future update.


    In the meantime, you can access the Invoice reminders through the browser interface.

      I don't believe this has been fixed.  It is now June 2023.  Any update?

        Hi Everyone

        At this time we don't have any additional information we can share in relation to the Invoice Reminders screen being blank in the desktop application. When additional information is available we would be letting impacted customers know. However, we have indicated to our teams that the users that have commented on this thread are impacted. In the meantime, we do recommend using the Browser interface to access the Invoice reminders as this interface is not impacted in the same way.
