Cant load Contacts since version update to 2.20

    Hi Tesco,

     

    If contacts aren't loading, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, that usually helps after an update. 

     

    If the issue persists, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and let them know what you're seeing (e.g. blank screen or any error message).

     

    They'll be able to dig into it further for you.
