Yes, if noreply@apps.myob.com is blacklisted then the emails would be undelivered with this diagnostic code. Therefore, we would recommend getting this email address whitelisted or alternatively sending the emails using Outlook, which can be done by unticking Send emails using AccountRight under Setup>>Preferences>>Emailing.Please let us know if you have any questions.
