    Hi ComfortZone

The Unit Price within the Enter Sales window can have up to 6 decimal places.  This is hardcoded and not able to be changed to always reflect a 2 decimal place system, although, the number can be manually overtyped to be a 2 decimal place number if required - Note: this may have an effect on the Total.

In saying that, when printing an invoice you can have the system use 2 decimal places or up to 6 decimal places. This is done by the relevant column that you add to the invoice table on the customise form. If you use the Ex Price 2/Inc Price 2 on your customise form it will be 2 decimal places on the printed/emailed invoice whereas Ex Price or Inc Price will do up to 6 decimal places.

You can see and adjust the column used on the customise form via Setup>>Customise Forms>>Invoices>>Item>>Selecting the desired form and Customise. Within the Customise Form window, you can right-click on the invoice table and select Show/Hide Columns before selecting the desired column. Our Help Article: Add tables to forms has more information on that process.
