Thank you for letting us know about the issue, I understand that you having some issues in sending invoices. This can be fix by clearing the cache of your Accountright. Please follow the steps below :
Here are the steps to follow to clear the cache.
- Click the windows button + R
- Type %localappdata%/myob and click okay.
- Open folders AccountRight > Current > Cache.
- Delete all data inside the folder.
After that, we could try again and see if the invoice email could be sent.
