Invoices from Email to myob

Hello,

 

Is there any easy and accurate way I can add the email Invoices I get which also have some pdf attachments to myob so I can register them as paid bills?

 

FYI I get a lot of emails like this daily.

    Hi hercules1,

     

    You can get pretty close to “easy and accurate” by using In Tray. 

     

    • Forward or upload the PDF invoice into In tray.
    • Let MYOB read the details, then click Create bill from that document and save.
    • When the payment hits your bank feed, match it to that bill to mark it as paid.

    It’s not fully automatic from email to paid, but In Tray is the smoothest way to turn those daily email invoices into bills. You can also check this link about working with uploaded documents.
