Invoices not sending through MYOB Accountright
Hi our invoices are not sending through MYOB this morning, is anyone else experiencing issues?
When clicking "Sent Emails" button towards bottom right of Comman Centre, the emails sent are not listed. When opening each invoice that was meant to be sent, and clicking on "View all activity" it says "Invoice activity unavailable". Have tried across multiple clients' invoices and also added my own email address but still nothing sent or received.
Our standard procedure is raise an invoice and hit "Send To/Email..." and we haven't changed the way we do it today than any other day when it was working.
Please advise.
