Invoices not sending

Hi

I continue to have issues with invoices being sent every month.

This month is the worst I've ever had.  Of the 44 invoices I sent (through MYOB directly and not outlook) 12 of them have appeared not to have been sent at all.

I've even tried sending them twice and nothing. 

This is very frustrating.  I've checked the email sent in both desktop and online browser and they are just blank.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening as it's very frustrating.

    Hi LindyMH,

     

    Totally get how annoying that is, especially when you’ve sent them twice and they still look blank. If invoices show as blank in Sent Emails (desktop and browser), it usually means something’s stuck. Best move is to reach out to our team so they can check your email status and those specific invoice IDs. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.

    Doreen_P​ - sorry for late reply but I didn't get an alert there was a reply.  The invoices themselves are not blank, they are just not being sent - even though I am sending them.  Same thing has happened again today.  I've had a client who I sent the invoice through to first thing this morning and they weren't sent.  I've had to resend and miraculously they have gone through a second time. 

    It's getting very frustrating and after an hour on the phone a couple of weeks ago and no one picked up I just gave up.  Now it's happened again, I do wonder why we pay all the money we pay.
