Invoices printing out 2 pages

I want to acknowledge the frustration this recent feature change has caused.

This change was released as part of the new payment schedule functionality so payment schedules would appear on printed invoices. It’s clear this has had a significant impact on your workflows, and that the current workarounds, as well as waiting until July for a fix, aren’t good enough.

We’ve shared your feedback with our product teams, and they’ve decided to roll back this part of the release.

Here’s what that means:

• From next Tuesday afternoon, invoices printed from AccountRight desktop will no longer include the “How to Pay” page. If you’re using payment schedules, they won’t appear on invoices printed through this flow, but they will still appear as expected everywhere else (ie. if you preview invoices, print through the browser, export as a PDF, etc.). You will need to make sure your software has updated to the latest version.
• In August, we’ll reintroduce this section, which includes both payment schedules and “How to Pay”, as a configurable print setting under the Preferences tab in  AccountRight, so you can turn it on or off as needed.
• From September, we plan to further enhance the experience so you can print payment schedules without the “How to Pay” information.

We’re listening to your feedback, and we really appreciate the time you’ve taken to raise this on the community forum.

Yes was the first thing I checked as well, the QR code/How to pay is being added onto our custom sales invoice forms. 

Having the same issue, however it appears to be randomly printing out the second page. I checked two different clients which have exactly the same set up; yet when we invoice one it prints out the second page when we invoice the other client only one page. Does anyone know how to fix this as we are wasting so much paper. 

Following, it's frustrating (insert the language!!) when we print off invoices.... Over 20 years bookkeeping for MYOB only clients with very loyal clients to MYOB, but this is not doing MYOB any favours sadly

When you deal with Govt bodies ( Shared Services in SA) they will not process invoices easily or quickly with this on it.

Have tried the suggestions on Support pages but still there :(

So currently on hold to support, over an hour wait... seems everyone is peeved with this update!!

Since the 2026.5 update this morning, our staff can't print any sales orders / packing slips. In either the MYOB created forms, or our own customized forms. We can print under the Purchasing, Payroll, Just not Sales.  Any help would be appreciated. ( Using Desktop online ). If we log in as Web Browser then it will print sales order, but not Packing slip.  Thoughts please people.

Quick update, our product team are aware of this issue and are investigating further so that we can help clarify things for you.

Standardised format to produce a more professional looking invoice?

Adding a second page to the invoice with zero details other than invoice number, due date, balance due and a QR code and then another 7/8 of the page blank is hardly professional in any sense.

The ability to add these features to our existing custom forms via the customise forms feature would of been leaps and bounds more logical.

Secondly, perhaps the workarounds are specific to user enviroments and operating systems, but for me on windows 11 and AccountRight desktop, printing within AccountRight does NOT give any options to set the range of pages it prints. I beleive the suggested workaround would in fact be, to save the invoice to PDF on file, open it in a PDF viewer like Adobe or Chrome and then print the pages you want - talk about a waste of time!

Yes I agree We do our invoices in triplicate and now three are being thrown in the bin.  Sort this out ASAP..

It most certainly is a "feature" of Online Invoice Payments.

We run multiple businesses, this "feature" is only affecting the ones with Online Invoice Payments setup and enabled. 

in regards to the extra page print on invoicing. If there is a good answer to stop this I would like to know
