Just did the latest update and now our invoices are printing a 2nd page with a How to Pay and QR code. We have never had this and it's annoying to waste paper and have this as we don't need it. How do I get rid of it please

Hi Amanda, It doesn't work to print the first page; the MYOB default page range option is " All Pages", and we can't change it.

Hi Amanda,Thank goodness you are getting your team to look at it and fix it.We mirror all of the above comments. Wasted a good amount of time today trying to get rid of that 'how to pay' page with the QR code. We did work out how to turn off online payments (Setup > Preferences > Emailing tab > Edit payment options > Uncheck the option that allows online payments > and don't forget to click SAVE). Adding this just in case it helps someone else.We thought that doing that would automatically remove the 'how to pay' page, and were surprised to find it did not.I guess now finding out from the comments of fellow users, and your acknowledgment that there isn't a current work around, we will stop trying.My husband wants me to add that it is embarrassing to email a customer an invoice for $25,000 with a how to pay QR page attached. He is quite annoyed and wants a solution asap!Best regards,Ingrid

Same here, extremely frustrating!!!!I have deactivated the online payments through the settings via the online browser, and still shows its active and prints the 2 pages.

Same here, Our personalised invoice forms have worked fine for the last 20 years and now MYOB wants to add a second page with a QR code - It also adds this second page on invoices fully paid.Online Payments is becoming more hassle than its worth, and to me, it really seems that MYOB is pushing customers to beleive that paying through their online invoice portal (with assoicated surcharges) is the only way to pay for their inovice. Same with us - this has been an extremely frustrating morning and I have wasted about three hours trying to figure out how to disable it.Even though we email our invoices, we also do a printed copy so the drivers can use them as a delivery docket. I hope MYOB developers develop a fix for this.

Hi, the how to pay page is still printing out on my invoices. I mostly use recurring transactions for mine. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

If you click on Print Preview, the How to pay section will show. We have applied a fix, which means that even though it shows in the print preview window, when you actually physically print out the invoice, the 'How to Pay' section does not get printed out as well.

Nope still did it.
I did a print preview and then printed to pdf (rather than waste another page)
Unfortunately still on there.

Still has page 2 QR code for me too (AR Desktop)
I turned online payments back on and created a dummy invoice. Print Preview still showed the extra page for me so I've turned it back off again.

Yes, thankfully the update last night seems to have helped, Amanda.
What was a little confusing was that I received a courtesy call from MYOB yesterday morning to say that it was fixed but it clearly wasn't, as the update hadn't been released yet.
All good for now & hopefully no more annoying surprises moving forward.
