Issue Converting Quotes to Invoice

I entered a quote on 04/11 as I always do and now I need to convert the quote to an invoice. I am able to click the "Invoice" icon but when I try to save the converted invoice I get an error: "We're sorry, but something has interrupted accountright and you'll need to restart".

 

All other functions are working as they should, the connection to the internet and server is fine.

 

Just wondering if anyone has a solution at all?

    Hey NovGer13,

     

    There are two workarounds you can do to fix the error, "We’re sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you’ll need to restart." You can refer to the steps below:

     

    • Convert the Quote to an Order and then to an Invoice: This method can help bypass the interruption error by changing the status of the quote step-by-step.
    • Unselect the Option in Preferences: Go to your preferences and unselect the option ‘Delete Quotes upon changing to and recording as an order or invoice’. Go to Setup > Preferences > Sales tab.

      Do you know if this will be a permanent issue? As I was always able to convert directly to an invoice and have the quote delete automatically in the past.

    You're welcome. About your question, if the error "We're sorry, but something has interrupted AccountRight and you'll need to restart." will be a permanent issue, there's no update. No worries; I've relayed your concern to the development team. You'll receive an email once the error has been resolved.
