Issue with Remittance Advice

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have this issue on my Remittance Advice where when I save the Remittance Advice to my disk using the Micrsoft Print to PDF as that is the only way to save Remittance Advices to disk, I get a boarder around one of my fields that have a background colour even though I have said no boarder when viewing in a PDF reader.&nbsp;&nbsp;When I remove the background colour there is no boarder.&nbsp;This also happens with invoices when you save the invoice using the same method of Microsoft Print to PDF, but this does not happen when you use the Save to Disk option on invoices.&nbsp;There is no Save to Disk option for Remittance Advices like there is for invoices.&nbsp;So how do I get rid of this boarder on the Remittance Advice?&nbsp;

From your description, it seems that the border appears when a background color is applied to a field, but it disappears when the background color is removed. Usually, formatting issues for any print processes done within AccountRight/Business are fixed directly in the software. However, if you're experiencing formatting issues with Microsoft Print to PDF, it's best to reach out to Microsoft forums for assistance. A good workaround is to CC your email address when sending the remittance advice. This way you receive the remittance advice via your email address.&nbsp;
