Latest changes to the abysmal login process

Yet again MOYB has succeeded to screw up what should be a straight forward process of logging into the system.  The new change to browser login has a fault where if one user has been logged in and you go to restart the application and login with a different user, enter the new password, look up the MFA token it will then fail to login and return to the login screen with the first users username.  Then you have to go through it all a second time although it doesn't seem to ask for the MFA token before it will login.  This is simple stuff and should never have made it through your test and release process to production users.
