Limited emails sending

Good Morning - Is there a setting or what is the reason that I can't send a number of Invoices directly from MYOB to customers.  I get an error message (see attached) when just trying to send about 15 Invoices where before I have been able to send many more.  Now I have to send them one by one to get them through.  Thanks in advance.

    Hey Mathilda1,

     

    You’ve described it perfectly! When sending invoices directly from MYOB, that “You can not send more emails at this time. Please contact support if you need to send more” message pops up after a batch of emails has already gone out in the last 24 hours. To get you back to sending the lot in one hit, you can contact our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. From there, they'll take a look on our side to sort it.

    Hi Doreen_P​  Thanks for your email.  That is just my problem, I have not actually sent any emails out on that day as usually I only have the Invoices every day to send - the day I put in the question I only had about 15 Invoices to send out and I still got that message and it is happening every time I try to do it.  I will submit a support case any way thanks.
