You’re right, that old “someone else has changed this transaction” warning is really important when multiple staff are working in the same file. This behaviour sounds like something that’ll need to be checked from our side. It’s best to reach out to our team so they can check and let you know what’s going on. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
