On-line payments clearance times

Thanks for checking in! It’s actually quite normal for funds to take a few business days to clear, as it depends on the payment method used (like card vs bank transfer) and how quickly the banks process everything. Funds are only settled Monday to Friday, and nothing is processed on weekends or public holidays.

Online payments received on a weekday before 5pm are usually settled the next business day, but it can take up to 1–3 business days in total for the money to land in your account. If the payment comes in on a Friday, it’ll be settled on Monday, and anything received after 5pm Friday or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is settled on Tuesday. In your case, it’s worth waiting until tomorrow, and if the funds still haven’t arrived by then, you can get in touch with our team directly so we can check it out for you.
