Online cc payments not working declined when money on card

A client is trying to pay online via cc but their payment keeps being declined. They have enough funds on the card but the system is auto declining it. Its a government grant virtual card they are using - wondering if it is the merchant number MYOB uses as only certain services merchants numbers are accepted for the grant payment. How do you find out the merchant number that myob use or has anyone else had issues with payments being declined when money on card?

    It looks like something is blocking the payment from going through. There aren't any known issues with our online invoice payments right now. Given the details you provided, it would be best for your client to contact their bank to sort this out.
