Online invoice payment

We are currently issuing invoices to our students with online invoice payments feature. Our courses are GST free but the surcharge (1.8%) is GST inclusive. However when we receive payments from students, all 1.8% surcharges are automatically recorded as GST free. Could you please advise how to rectify the GST on surcharges.

    Thank you for your post. I would suggest communicating with our Financial Services team regarding this. You may be able to contact them by submitting a case through myaccount.myob.com
