Online Invoice Payment

With the integration of the Online Invoice Payment option into AccountRight, this option is available for all MYOB users to click on that have access to the sales command centre. We would like this option disabled (or to be greyed out) except for approved users. 

 

Is this possible?

 

I understand that users don't have the ability to change any of the settings, but it would be better if they just couldn't get to that page at all.

    Hi Brendant ,

     

    This option cannot be greyed out. However, you can adjust it in the default settings. Please note that only the admin owner has access to change the OIP settings. Even if other users attempt to make changes, they won’t be able to do so because the option is restricted for file users.

     

    Additionally, the OIP option on the invoice itself will not be greyed out unless you cancel the OIP.
