Hi Brendant ,
This option cannot be greyed out. However, you can adjust it in the default settings. Please note that only the admin owner has access to change the OIP settings. Even if other users attempt to make changes, they won’t be able to do so because the option is restricted for file users.
Additionally, the OIP option on the invoice itself will not be greyed out unless you cancel the OIP.
