Online Invoice payments

Hi Officer,

 

We are trying to setup 'Online Invoice Payments' funtion

 

Couple of things wanted to check with you:

 

1) 1.8% + 25 cents surcharge per transaction; this can be oncharge to customer? please confirm (Our average amount per transaction is $10K)

 

2) MYOB provide the online gateway? we don't need to contact our bank?

    Hi Cookielia 

     

    Yes there is the option to pass the online invoice payment fees to your customers, and you don't need to contact your bank to set up online invoice payments.
